Screenprinting
Screenprinting is one of the most common forms of apparel printing and the most cost-effective.
Best Cases For Screenprinting
Screenprinting is best for vectorized, color seprated artwork. As mentioned above, it's the most cost-effective method of printing at quantity, but we have a minimum of 24 garments per design set. For example if you want sweatshirts and shirts with the same design we can do a split of hoodies and shirts to hit the minimum, but if you want a different design on each, you'd have to do 24 of each. If that quantity is too high for your needs, then we recommend Direct To Film (DTF) printing. Contact us below to get a quote or consultation for your order!

There are 3 ways to screenprint. Clamps, manual, and automatic. Clamps are used to hold the screen in place while you print on a flat surface. Manual is using a screenprint press and printing manually. Automatic employs the use of big machines that can have up to 50 pallets for shirts and 16 color heads. They all have their own styles and best cases, but we use automatic presses for most orders unless manual pressing is requested.
